Synopsis for massachusetts and rhode island coastal waters.. Low pressure continues to pusth well south and east of the coastal waters tonight. Gusty northeast winds over the southeastern waters gradually diminish tonight leading to realtively calm winds over the marine zones for Sunday. Seas over the southeastern marine zones remain somewhat elevated in the 4 to 5 foot range but will gradually diminish early next week with high pressure building over the region.
